Please find here a survey on decision rules that was created by the internal TCQA Working Group on decision rules. This is one of the main issues that concern laboratories, as some confusion was raised during the implementation stage on the new standard in laboratories; furthermore some lack of harmonization among different fields and countries during the external audits made by the NABs has been detected.
In order to create proper tools to help laboratories and other interested parties, the Working Group decided to distribute this survey in order to gather information on how laboratories are implementing these new clauses in different countries and fields and how NABs are auditing these clauses in the different countries and fields.
We would then kindly ask you to please fill in this survey via the above link and further distribute it to your national members as well, if possible. Please rest assured of the fact that all answers collected will be anonymous and treated in a confidential manner. Please note that the deadline for this has been set to May 6th, 2021.
