Organised by Andrija Štampar Teaching Institute Of Public Health, Croatian Metrology Society and the Network for Quality Control and Food Safety of Southeast Europe - SEEN-FSQC, the 4th International Congress on Food Safety and Quality was held in Dubrovnik from November 9 to 12, 2022 under the slogan "One Health".
During the four days of the Congress, with more than 40 oral presentations and more than 40 posters, current topics in the field were covered, such as food safety and quality, food, nutrition and health, climate change, new consumption trends, new food and technologies, chemical mixtures and contaminants, functional foods, consumer attitudes and risk perception and risk management.
